We will ensure your pleats are in the right places and your shirts are crease-free, we treat every load according to each customers individual requirements. As a professional company we are fully insured and operate from a smoke free environment. We are conveniently located just off the A41 on Alwyn Gardens Upton. We truly take the heat out of ironing by taking this tedious task off your hands.

The only additional charge is for shirts which are ironed at a cost £1.65 each.

Q. What is the cost of your service?
A. All our pricing details are listed above. However, if you need any further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q. Is there anything that you don’t iron?
A. We iron anything, all household laundry, bedding and curtains etc.If in doubt or you have special requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Q. Do I have to deliver/collect my garments personally?
No, you don’t. We are more than happy to collect your garments and deliver them back to you for FREE (within the Chester area) so you do not have to bother.
Q. I do not live in Chester, but in a surrounding area. Can I still use your service?
A. We are happy to offer our service outside of the Chester area (within a radius of 10 miles) at a small agreed surcharge to cover petrol costs.
Q. When can you collect and deliver?
A. Collection and delivery are available from Monday to Saturday. Once we pick up your garments, we will advise you about a delivery time that suits you best.
Q.Do you provide hangers ?
A. Yes, we can provide hangers if required. Just let us know. (Small cost applies)
Q.How will my garments be delivered?
A. Depending on individual customer requirements, we can deliver them folded neatly in a clear polythene bag, hanged or safely packed. (Please let us know if you have any specific requirements, and we'll be happy to assist)
Q. Do you offer a laundry service?
A. Not at the present time. We only offer an ironing service.

We provide regular weekly, fortnightly or one-off ironing services (whenever you might need us)
We promise to follow every individual item’s laundry care instructions before ironing.
For our customers convenience we offer a collection and drop off service time at a time and place that is suitable for you.
Please note (The collection and drop off service is free for our customers in the Chester area) a small additional charge is applied. outside of the local to cover fuel costs.
